Anonymous Patient Survey 2024

Behavioral Healthcare Associates, LLC (BHA) is pleased to highlight that we have extraordinary feedback once again from our patients who participated in an anonymous Patient Satisfaction Survey completed during February and March of 2024. A total of 292 active patients during those two months submitted feedback via an anonymous survey.

Our patients rated BHA with an overall 4.91 out of a possible highest score of 5.

Our previous Patient Satisfaction Survey results from 2019 were very similar, 4.88 out of a possible highest score of 5. We take pride that we are improving and that our patients report that we continue to offer quality mental health services in a calm, comfortable, friendly and professional environment as noted by many comments from the surveys.

We value the feedback from our patients. Overall, the report from patients is that our BHA providers and staff are supportive and helpful. BHA is listening and responding in effective ways to our patients regarding their treatment and regarding the customer service our front office staff offers. The BHA team has studied the results of the Patient Satisfaction Survey and the comments about what people like most about our practice and what they like least. We have reviewed the overall survey results and each provider has reviewed results relevant to how they practice. Our goal is to continue to improve and to provide the most effective treatment and service in an environment that is tranquil, professional, and friendly.
